This network exists to better assist our customers in finding reputable alternatives for needs. Participation is available to qualifying businesses

Core Package:

Monthly Rate: $250 or Annual Plan: $2,220 (Non-Refundable)
 First-Year Introductory Rate: $85/m (with purchase of 3 additional features)

Point-of-Sale Integration - $400/year (no monthly fee; provider may charge additional)

External Promotional Ads (online, radio, YouTube, etc.) - $40

Automated Email, Text, and Mailing Support - $95 (plus $5 maintenance fee)

Requirements, Compliance  & Terms:

To maintain the integrity and trust of our network, participating businesses must meet the following standards to qualify for service:

• Business must have 20 or fewer employees

• Must have or be in the process of acquiring a registered business phone line from a provider (e.g., Spectrum, Kinetic, Verizon)

• Personal lines are not accepted

• If no business line is available, a number must be purchased through CMM via Google Voice (transfer available for an additional fee)

• BBB-Accredited Businesses: Minimum rating of 3.5 stars

• Non-BBB Businesses: Minimum public rating of 4.5 stars

• Businesses must maintain or exceed their qualifying rating at all times

• BBB-Accredited Businesses falling below 3.5 stars have 15 days to rectify

• Non-BBB Businesses falling below 4.5 stars have 30 days to rectify

• Failure to meet rating standards after the grace period will result in:

• A $100 non-compliance fee

• Removal from the network after 60 days of unresolved status

• Ineligibility for re-listing for one (1) year

• An additional $100 non-compliance fee upon removal

Payment & Compliance Policy:

• Clients must remain in good standing with monthly payments

• More than 2 missed payments will result in website suspension

• If no payment is made within 120 days of suspension, the website will be deleted and a termination fee will apply

• Unpaid balances will be referred to collections

• Business lines are not eligible for the missed payment grace period

• Voice line payments must be made via separate payment method

• Overpayments will be refunded at the end of the tax year

Legal & Ethical Use:

All websites are leased. Use of any website created by CMM Nexus of STWNY for fraud, spam, deception, or malicious activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of the site.
